The second conference organized by the Cancer Institute (ITMO Cancer - AVIESAN and INCa) is focused on advances in our understanding of interactions between cancer cells and their microenvironment. This highly transverse subject associates research in immunology, cell-cell interactions, stromal cells and their products, infectious agents, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis.

This one day symposium will be held in Pasteur Institute in Paris and we hope that researchers from all these fields will exchange their vision and knowledge. We especially encourage large participation of younger colleagues, for whom interacting with experts of such multidisciplinary approaches in tumor biology should be particularly exciting.
