2013

From December 2-5, 2013 on the Strasbourg site of the National Infrastructure of Proteomics.

To ensure that the training sessions are effective and personalized, there should ideally be no more than 5-10 participants.

The first session is organized by ProFI with the support of the Alsace Regional Delegation (DR10) of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), and is entitled "Quantitative proteomics: targeted approaches based on SRM/MRM-type LC-MS/MS analysis".

The ProFI infrastructure brings together three proteomics platforms located in Grenoble, Strasbourg and Toulouse.
It sets out to develop innovative methodological approaches in the field of proteomics analysis. It also develops a training program so that the technological and methodological developments achieved within the infrastructure (software, methods, standards) may be shared with the whole of the French proteomics community; to this end, ProFI has scheduled three theoretical and practical training sessions (lasting 3 to 5 days before the end of the first half of 2014). The priority target group is people who work on instrumental platforms, i.e. design engineers, research engineers and technicians who work on the instruments on a day-to-day basis. The feedback that the three ProFI platforms have received one year after the infrastructure’s setup will make up a key component of these sessions.
